How often to do MMA workouts for best results

How often to do MMA workouts for best results
One of the most important things you can do for your MMA game is to be in top shape.

When you're out of shape, you'll spend more time trying to catch your breath than focused on maintaining good form with your punches, submissions, whatever it is you,re learning.

If you practice bad form, that's what your body will memorize and what you'll always do.

Here's why..

If you practice bad form, that's what your body will memorize and what you'll always do.

And once you've created bad habits, they're harder to break than if you'd learned your techniques in good form in the first place.

"But I don't have time to do extra workouts!"

That's true - of most general workouts that require 3-4 days/week of weight training PLUS extra cardio.

But I've found an efficient program designed specifically for MMA fighters and athletes that only requires 2 days/week.

It was created by a coach to current UFC fighters and has produced some great results.

You'll see why once you watch this presentation that he's put up explaining how to train efficiently for MMA:

P.S. If you're not currently improving your strength and conditioning, get started now.
If you are working out, make sure you're not
wasting your time by learning the principles in this presentation:

This is the Place Monument This is the Place Monument History is the discovery, collection, organization, analysis, and presentation of information about past events. History can also mean a continuous, typically chronological record of important or public events or of a particular trend or institution. Scholars who write about history are called historians. It is a field of knowledge which uses a narrative to examine and analyse the sequence of events, and it sometimes attempts to objectively investigate the patterns of cause and effect that determine events. Historians debate the nature of history and its usefulness. This includes discussing the study of the discipline as an end in itself and as a way of providing "perspective" on the problems of the present. The stories common to a particular culture but not supported by external sources (such as the legends surrounding King Arthur) are usually classified as cultural heritage rather than as the "disinterested investigation" needed by the discipline of history. Events of the past prior to written record are considered prehistory.
